Dr. Ryan Larochelle is a board-certified member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, is active in the New England Oculoplastics Society and the Maine Society of Eye Physicians & Surgeons.
Born and raised in Bangor, Maine, Dr. Larochelle graduated magna cum laude from Bowdoin College with degrees in Biochemistry and French. He earned his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine, completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Colorado, and went on to a prestigious fellowship in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Wisconsin.
Dr. Larochelle specializes in surgery and treatments for the eyelids, orbit, and face, including eyelid lifts, brow lifts, Botox, and fillers, as well as complex reconstruction and trauma repair. He also provides comprehensive eye care, with a focus on cataract surgery.
Board-certified and active in several professional societies, Dr. Larochelle is passionate about helping patients look, feel, and see their best. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, biking, and hiking with his family and their dog.
